Sitting too much infront of the computer, phone & TV?
Try these 3 moves to get the circulation going in your shoulders, to prevent stiff shoulders and sore neck! 💛 (+ it gives you the chance to pause and time to tune in with your posture and Breathing.)
Start by sitting comfortably with a tall straight spine.
1️⃣ Inhale, raise your shoulders towards your ears. Tens your arms & hands. Exhale, soften and relax your shoulders, arms and hands. Repeat 2-5 times.
2️⃣ Role your shoulders backwards a couple of times, then forward a couple of times, then backwards again. Take long deep breathe. Repeat 2-5 times.
3️⃣ Inhale, raise your arms up. Exhale, lower your arms into cactus arms, broaden the chest, shoulders move backwards. Hold for a few seconds then lower your arms down. Repeat 2-5 times.
Do this a few times a day! ☀️😊
