How is your relationship with food and nutritional intake? An essential aspect of a good healthy lifestyle is having a nutritious, well-balanced diet. We already know about eating less sugar and fried foods, instead adding more greens and fruits.

Being more plant-based myself, I have been extra mindful of making sure I get all the nutrients I need. When not being mindful about my nutritional intake I can easily feel more tired and get headaches.
